My first GTR

So i just picked up my gtr a couple nights ago and this will be my build thread. So far this car came with tein suspension, volk rims, high pressure 6 puck clutch, bipassed boost limiter on solenoid, a full 3" exhaust from the turbos to bumpers (catless), chip to regulate everything, some mushroom airfilters, nismo front and back strut bars, and general maintenance things like new AFM's, maybe new timing belt/water pump... but will check back.

so the first thing im going to do this weekend is an engine oil +filter change. Tank up and throw in some fuel stabilizer then straight into the garage.

I already have some new injectors and an autobahn88 ""capp52 gtr suction kit"", so ill post the installation once i reach that step. I will be ordering new brake pads, rotors probably too, fuel filter, maybe fuel pump, and maybe some general stuff **thanks archaeic_bloke and frankiman**.

just looked through your facebook photo album... thats a VERY clean looking example of a GTR... good find! looks like you have a solid base to start with.

if you want more info about the specifics of the car. (like whether or not you have a newer version crank or old one with oil pump drive issue...) just DL nissan FAST program, or shoot me a pm with ur VIN and ill send u all the info on ur car.

keep us updated when u do things to it! the paint looks very nice...

thanks dude, ya ill definately be posting like crazy to keep track of everything. ill download that program and check it out, my brother bought a datalogger for his pulsar, so ill be checking that out this weekend too.

haha, ya we should definately set up a montreal meeting. i got the car from a guy in sherbrooke. we should also do a track day with all tha montreal owners. tear up some porshes and bmw's

ya hmm, lets just say i got spanked by a 600hp 911 turbo at sanair (racetrack not drag)

anyway, i'm going to setup a full race day somewhere nice like Mecaglisse for GTRC members, its a nice little track, where power doesn't count for ****

and maybe organize a BBQ at my place next summer so we can all meet and open some hoods
