For anyone wondering, the new Wangan Midnight movie is on YouTube. If you're a fan of the show I know you'll enjoy the movie, aside from a few differences and obvious errors, it was quite enjoyable. Even with no subtitles!

really i thought it was a overacted POS , maybe cause it had subtitles with the one i watched, it looked pretty but the story was mad fail and the acting sucked and they could have done a much better job with the racing .
best Wangan story u can watch is still Shuto Kousoku Trial 1 & 6 and the wangan midnight anime series ( 26 episodes of high octane melodramatic goodness)

Yeah, I really like the anime. I think the movie followed the anime pretty well even though it was horrible acting. I just liked see the Z for real. CG is great but real life is even better.

Yes, I have 4 piston brakes for the front and doing a drum to disc conversion in the rear.

I finally had a day off so I went to Fedex to pick up some parts they had tried delivering two weeks ago. Nothing major, crank collar and ARP rod bolts. I have everything minus bearings to assemble my shortblock now! Soon they'll be off to the machine shop. I'd like to buy my harmonic dampener and flywheel before I take it to them.

Nope, sold the car a week or two ago. Still have almost all of the RB26 parts for sale. Bought myself an R33 GTR. Couldn't pass up the opportunity.
