with a nice porting job, big cams and a stroker you should be able to make insane torque, especially down low. I went back to the dyno yesterday and made 460whp/400wtq with stock displacement, and a bone stock head.

that would be perfect for me !!! i dont mind those numbers !!! as long as the are close to the hp number !!! what turbo are you runing (-5 , -7) ???

but my my downpipe issue that interfer with my steering shaft , i really need to go single no choice !!! one side of my downpipe is like 2.5 inck , the other is 2.5 to 1.5 back to 2.5

yeah Mitch is right ... i was in Marc landreville Team (the pink car that failed doing is rodeo drift LMAO) next year Pro-am for me if all goes to plan this winter !!!

so i decided to go with the Precision Turbo 5857 AR:82 !!! the turbo is rated for 605whp .... i wanted the 6262 but 750 whp is stupid for me specialy where im at in drifting !!!! im not Kuroi or Saito that are runing 750whp and up with NOS

what do you guys think of the turbo !??!!?

I'm sure it's going to be a nice mid range turbo but I don't think the top end will be that great with that small frame and rear a/r.But if you're main purpose for the car is drifting then it would be great.The reason I changed my mind on precision is that I know of a couple of turbo failures after not much use which worried me .I've heard good things about the bw 75/70 ,its the smallest t4 they make but I've seen nice results and they spool really quick.

the car is under the knife for the past week now !!! its at my sponsor shop up here in MTL ... AV Fab
striping the car completly , make a cage , tube front , single turbo conversion , downpipe


the car got there and strip from its bodykit avec interior in around 2 hours :P





then to remove the OEM sound deadening we used dry ice ...

let it on the area you want to remove the sound deadening for around 10 to 15min depending on how big it is !
on top of the dry ice i was puting a garbage bag juste to keep de air from hiting on the dry ice ... when the time as come switch the ice to the next area you want to work and let it sit for an other 15min ... by the time it freeze you will have time to remove the sound deadening from the last spot

just hit it with an hammer and it shoud come out ... if the hammer is not enough juste use a pry bar ou screewdriver and pry it up abit

for your info 25lbs bag of dry ice was 32$ at Praxair here in MTL





after that all the sound deadening was out ... we started on the cage
here is a couple pics of the cage inside the car . im realy happy with the result ... the cage is realy tite and i have almost the same vision when in the driver seat !!

(on the last pic here you can see Mitch32 on the top right :P that is helping out)






we had trouble with our notcher ... so we decided to start on the tube front and wait for monday to finish the cage !!
the fisrt inch in my mint front end was abit hard but after that it was all good :P
