  • Wicked C.A.S. Build (USA)

I'm currently in the process of freshening up my motor along with upgrading to single. This build started last fall and is just now getting closer to completion. Our goal was to make a show-room style clean ride with big power. However with "big power" comes big lag, or so they say. With response in mind Wicked C.A.S and they're custom fabricator (Abe) are getting it done.

    Debut
Wicked C.A.S. RB25/26 True Divided T4 Twin Scroll Manifold PM for Details.

    More to come....

I would be worried about that little 3" downpipe. Especially with those kinks around the wastegates

Yeah, wicked cas already has mocked up a couple different versions of this manifold and also offer custom spec's versions. Downpipes setups are totally up to the buyer.

                    posting downpipe pics later....

This turbo setup is a fully divided system, True twin scroll... meaning that exhaust gases are setup to pulsate the turbine to reduce spool. Here is a link that fully explains twin scrolls setups....

Nice fab skills, i love to see builds like this. I don't see any bracing on the manifold at all though? That's alot of weight especially with those massive dump tubes. I would brace the **** out of it. I know it doesn't look as nice but your regret it when it cracks if you don't.
