you don't need to brace this manifold, the SUS is fused together and it had a much thicker sidewall then ebay manifold or even shelf HKS or Greddy.

Material well yes stainless 304 to 316 its all good but here the problem welds handling up words of 30psi to 50 psi and the constant change in temp from 300 deg cel to 800 deg cel constant expansion and contraction i am sure the material you used is top notch but your weld are not better than full race.

How do you know that those welds are "not better than full race"???? From the looks of the penetration on the inside of the manifold it looks like the welder that did them has done just fine. Yes welds can look oh so pretty but that doesnt mean anything at the end of the day. What really matters is the strength of the weld and it looks good to me.

Looks like a great build so far. Want to see me!

If the down pipe is only 3" that's OK, the wastegates will flow enough to make up the difference. If you are going to plumb the gates into the downpipe then you really should step up to 4" after the plumb joint. 700whp is an assload of exhaust volume to funnel through a full-length single system.

Lag-Shmag, those who fear it have never driven a car with a big single, if I mean business, I have no lag.

Wicked CAS will stand behind those welds.
They don't compare themselves to other companies. Their goal is to make the best manifold possible and have it be affordable without loosing and giving away quality. These manifolds are build to last, all welds are 100 % purged.
They are built by one of the best fabricators in the country.

Car made 546whp @ 19 psi not bad for a stock motor with cams on pump gas.
                      Here's the video....

LOL, I like the shotgun behind the headers. It inspires confidence in the build.
