    I have been looking for 4" ti OD .040 wall for 3 months and it next to impossible to find. Burns Stainless sells that size for $85 U.S./ft min purchase is 14' That is way overpriced in my opinion. I snapped up the tube and the plate on ebay for a descent price.

    Shappiro Supply and Titanium Joe are good places to look for various bits of ti.

    • That manifold is simply a work of art.....no other way of describing it.

      The 6Boost Manifolds are nice as well, don't get me wrong......but Full Race seems to be in a League Of Their Own .......you know, without the 'Crying in baseball' and all

          those manifolds are beauts... When's the transformation going to take place?

            The Tial wastegates,box of random parts and a couple stainless elbows should be here in 3 weeks. I'm going to start cutting up and welding the exhaust pipe first, so to answer your question it should be ready in about a month.

            I also need to repo my datalogit back so I can throw in the mafs and injectors

              thx for the info, i've been serching for the passed month. Did you really get the 4'' OD .040 ti at 85$ us/ft?

              hehe you think ti is overpriced, should look at the cost off inconel 625( pretty shure you know what it is ), i was going with inconel cause of its mecanical proprieties for my turbo manifold and turbo-back exhaust system, but reconsidered for, cause of the price.

              -1.5'' sch10 316 for turbo manifold
              -5'' OD .049 321 for down pipe
              -5" OD .065 6061 aluminum cat-back

              If i find a good price for titanium, ill switch my almium cat-back and fabricate the turbo inlet and cat-back with ti.

              sorry for my wrighting i'm doing the best in my knowlege, my first language is french. If im hard to read please tell me.

                I would never pay $85U.S./ft...lol

                I picked up ALL my titanium, stainless and ti tig rods for $600 shipped!!!!! That was THE deal for 2009 for me. I highly doubt those prices would ever be seen again.

                You 5" exhaust sounds a little oversized without even knowing what turbo you have.

                  oh sorry my bad, forgot to say what turbo i have, its a Garrett GT47-88.(the outlet is 5") so going 4" could be kind of restrictive.

                  gotta note the turbo is powered by a strocked 351/432 winsdor.

                        I'm just going to copy the angles on my Arc exhaust except at the muffler. I'm going to use a 4" IDx 12" length Burns Stainless coming out facing the left rear tire at a slight angle so it straightens the exhaust a bit.
                        I'm going to make a silencer bung for it as well because the Arc bung drops a lot of decibels off just in case the sound police come out at AutoX and to keep the neighbors happy when I warm up my car before work at 6:00 A.M.
