Im looking into building my head on the rb, im looking at jun cam shafts and i notice there are different lift angles if thats what it is, but does anyone know what the lift means? thanks

Valve lift is a measure of distance....and is just that, the amount your valve is LIFTED/OPENED. Duration means for HOW LONG it's left open. -
I just went and got the tomei type A's. The type B has a 260 duration for the intake and exhuast.
They are a well known cam and I don't expect to see issues with them. They just drop right in
