Ok I am trying to install my Blitz EBC on my gtr and have a question. Since there is already a T in the lines running to the wastegate, could I just tap it before the y or do I have to tap it in both lines after??

I just installed an HKS EVC, but I imagine the plumbing is similar. I connected to the actuators from the line on the original boost solenoid, I just had to remove the hose that tees from that line to the back of the intake plenum and plug it. Make sure you take the hose from the side of the boost solenoid, not the one towards the front of the car . I made this mistake as the vacuum line diagrams in the service manual are not clear enough, and ended up with no actuator control and 26 psi of boost.

Make sure you can draw a diagram of how things hook up before you dive in there!
MAP sensor needs to T into a non-critical manifold pressure signal with no flow on it. The OEM MAP line does nicely.
Manifold pressure connects to the 'IN" port on your Blitz solenoid.
Wastegate actuators connect to the 'OUT' port on your Blitz solenoid.
The solenoid blocks air from reaching the wastegate actuators when boost is lower than the setpoint. When you get close, the solenoid starts to open and allows air at manifold pressure to reach the actuators, which opens them and controls boost.
Make sure the switch on the back of the controller module is set to AC for this setup.
Before you've everything setup and tuned correctly, drive as though you have no boost control. (You might not!) In 4th or 5th, roll throttle on from below the spool rpm (2000 - 2500) and have a friend watch your boost gauge. If boost exceeds your target, back off, fix what's wrong and repeat.
