3 Piece wheel Torque value?

Hi ,

I have a question. I have a kakimoto racing wheel N-gt R (3 Piece)and want to repaint the center piece but i do not have the torque value to re torque the wheel when i'm done with.

Could you have a torque value for the assembly?

I'm sure on a wheel you could get away with just "snug"

just a snug for all those screws and bolts ? it is a 3 piece assembly that i want to put back together if a take it apart(inner rim , outer rim, wheel center)
