Help Jun Surge Tank

Hi guys,
So I ended up having catastrophic engine problems However in the end I ended up picking a brand new NUR SPEC Engine!!!!!!
I am halfway through putting everythign together and I'm stuck.
I have just received my new surgetank from JUN and I don't know how to install it. When I mount it up on the studs, the studs are to long and it doesn't even fit.
Has anyone installed the tank before?
Any help would be much appreciated.

remove studs with either a stud remover or vice grips. then use 8MMX25MM bolts with washers...
