koyo rad + flex-a-lite = fail?

    it looks like my ps lines get in the o the intake side so i wouldnt be able to do the twin 220.

      I ran the 220, with an OE rad. It was tight to the PS lines, and I got rid of the AC.

      Clutch fan is probably the best solution with the Koyo Alum.

        I need to trim the shroud a bit to make the stock fan and shroud fit with cheap Chinese Koyo Copy (52mm, Dual Core, aluminum). The set up works great.

          The 220 FAL fan in my car fits tight and is the perfect size for my koyo rad. You will have to remove the aluminum FAL cover from the PS side of the fan.

            the clutch fan doesn't fit in there, it is way too close. I ordered a 108 from FL and hopefully that fits (it should).. just sucks that upgrading a rad causes so many issues..
