MAF is probably cheaper and easier to install. There you go.
Black 1991 GTR. Serious garage stand mantle/parts car.
      Black 1990 Pulsar GTiR. Sold
      Silver 1989 GTR. Sold
Black 2010 Subaru WRX. Weekend warrior. Sold.
      Black 2013 F-150 FX4 ecoboost. Daily driver.
White 2012 Ford Explorer Limited. Family wagon.

Sorry for my offensive comments, I r socially retard.

start by having A ROLLING GTR then we talk u ******* mofo funzy little *****

Look at costs and what you want. A Power FC with MAFs your limit is the MAF's, a proper set of MAF's are 500-1000$ depending if you got Mines, Nismo, Z32, Ford Cobra, etc.... A MAP Power FC is initally a bit more but not much, the Map sensor is cheap and not that hard to plumb up. You don't even need to run the Power FC MAP sensor you can use a GM MAP sensor and for boost you can use a Honda RDX solenoid connected to the Power FC, this is what Almasi tunning suggest me to do if I wanted to upgrade my ECU. With all that said, you can tune the stock ECU pretty heavily and just upgrade your MAF's.
