New clutch ,new nismo slave cylinder but clutch pedal feels soft ? At first the clutch would stick to floor and spring right back. So taught there was air in system so started bleeding splite pipe .Then when there was no more bubble did the same with slave cylinder. (slave works goes back and forth)Im very tired after 1 hour and a half bleeding the daylight out of the clutch reservoir. I made sure to fill the reservoir after each bleed. My bottle is full of old black oil residue. So my clutch is still spongy and cant shift the car in gear. What should i check or change to get my gtr back on the road. Another thing i notice is that it only gets stiff at the very end close to the floor.

Yes, Im bleeding the splitter box first then the slave cylinder. My clutch sticks to the floor and come back after a second or 2. When I depress the clutch pedal there is no resistence. Reservoir as not change it's at high level and ther no external leakage. Has there anyone had this happen? Could it be the master cylinder?

BLEEDING CLUTCH
FINALLY DONE!!!What i did is took the pipe that was going to the rear of the split pipe box off and block those 2 hole with plugs.
1-top off master cylinder reservoir
2-put vacum hose on split box nipple and the other end in a bottle with dot 3
(make sure the vacum hose stay in the fluid at the bottom of the bottle)
3-open nipple u will see bubble then ask assistant to push pedal and hold as soon there is no more bubble close nipple line. repeat as long as u see bubbles
4-put vacum on slave cylinder nipple and the other in bottle repeat step 3
Note(after each bleed check reservoir it will go down so top off please u dont want air to back in the system)
Pedal felt spongy after that 4 me so we put the reservoir cap back on and started to pump the clutch fast in slow out fast in slow out after 5 or 6 time the clutch pedal started to get stiffer so that was probably my problem. Maybe the pipe in the back of the box was keeping some air in there any how with the pipe out it took at the most 15minute compare to a hour of bleeding and getting no where. Hope this help any of you that change slave and get`s air in the system or have the reservoir go dry.

Yeah bleeding on these is stupid.
The manual says to start by bleeding the splitter box, then the cylinder. What they fail to mention is which cylinder first, as they clearly indicate that the slave and master also have a bleeding screw.
I am guessing the order would be 1) Splitter box, 2) Slave, 3) Master? following the farthest away logic.
I am going to bleed mine soon, just wondering.R32 GTR FULL SERVICE MANUAL DOWNLOAD:

It's quite easy if u make sure the reservoir is full at all times. In 2008 we change clutch and it was quite easy the split pipe in the rear of the box was not there on my first gtr. So with that pipe remove block off the 2 holes with a bolt or bleeder u should be find.
My problem still had spongy pedal had to pump it again and again. What 's going on i said to myself ? I had replace master cylinder from my old gtr to my newer one and forgot to screw the nut on the bolt that is push in by the clutch pedal so i was pushing maybe half the bolt tread inside the master. Started the bleeding process again and wow more air came out in the bottle. So if there no leaks some time it's only air that is trap in the system most likely in the splite tube or box in my case was trap in master .

I was able to bleed it no problems and fix it. I think most of the air was in the slave cylinder.
Funny thing is I couldn't bleed the master though, since my master is clearly not like the one in the manual....I'm guessing it was changed or something (although it clearly doesn't look like it was ever changed).
Manual says there's a bleed screw on top of the master, mine just doesn't have one. And the line coming into it is on the side instead of on the bottom (not sure which is which, but mine is the opposite of the manual lol).R32 GTR FULL SERVICE MANUAL DOWNLOAD:
