  • Coolant leak... Flood

Ok so I got my car home today and popped the hood to check the coolant level and as I turn open the rad cap. It starts spewing coolant at the rear of the engine on the drivers side... Is this where the Heater core lines are? If so is there an easy way to get at them? Anyone got any ideas?
Dang! You got shocks, pegs... Lucky! You ever take it off any sweet jumps?

why would it only happen after you opened the cap?

from my car, heres a photo of whats back there... all the blue hoses are hotwater hoses... any of them could have let go... and to answer your question... i found it difficult to change them even with my engine out of the car... good luck. hope the photo helps u:

Where do the back to hoses get connected to on the other side of the Transmission. The leak seem's to be originating from there. Could the heater-core blow without me noticing any moisture in the passenger side of the car?
