  • oil pump id

i have done some reading on here and still not to sure if i can tell the difference between teh pump with the oil pan off the car its apart right now and apparently has an N1 pump in it

what exactly are you trying to find out?

You want to know if you have a N1 pump but you need the ID to know this? ID on the std pump and N1 pump are the same.

So you are aware, there is a clearance issue with std/N1 pumps and the pump drive itself. Not just the full drive issue but a clearance issue alone.

Or are you asking for ID so you can build a collar yourself? If that is the case you should have a pump off for accurate measuring while machining the new drive.

Here are some collars I sell. Some of the info in the thread may or may not help you:

    cheers.

I think he just wants to know if he has an N1 pump or not, not the specs of the n1

Post a picture of the front and back. I then can tell you if its N1 or Stock.
