  • How does the stock solenoid control boost?

    does it use variable voltage? was thinkin maybe i could make a cheap electronic boost controller out of it, not for use on my car ofcourse i bought a blitz

    Boost solenoids are pulsed open or closed, not inbetween. They take a PWM signal much like an injector or an idle control valve, so a homemade EBC wouldn't be easy to make unless you're an electrical engineer, or extremely handy with electronics.
