  • U-joint bolt and nut stuck??

Trying to remove my tranny and can not loosen the 4 - 17mm bolts at the u-joint, behind the tranny. I have sprayed it and used as much tourque as I can give. Has anyone ever ground the bolts off?? This seems to be my only option. What size and grade are these bolts.

    Thanks for the help.

I had to put a long screw driver between the joint and turn the drive shaft until it butted up against the floor.
Then double wrenched the nut off with a third wrench holding the bolt hex head.
Helps if you have someone assist.
      GL wit it!
