R33 vs R32 GTR motor

I have a r33 gtr and am looking to build a motor over the winter. Is the problem with the R32`s a crank machining problem or a block issue that creates the crank lock(Ie. If I put a brand new R33/34 crank in a R32 motor will I fix the problem)

Also what difference between the sensors/wiring harness?

Yes the issue is that im only able to find blown R32 Rb26's. So since you say the problem is crank and not the block I should be fine just buying a new 33 crank and throwing it in an old motor.

Do you know any differences with the sensors/wiring harness

Ive had an early R33 crank and there is still a problem with the clearance.

As for the sensors and harness, I know the injectors have a different plug on them. I cant remember if the dash plug by the ecu is the same or not tho if you plan on switching harnesses to the other model of car. the knock sensor harness also has the newer style plug on the 33. For the most part tho, all sensors are the same on 32 and 33. They just used better plugs for em on the harness. But if I were you, pick up the R32 26 for cheap and build it up. That would be cheapest overall imo. all the 33 sensors will bolt on to 32 26. More 33 motors will be for sale as time goes by.
