  • Help on identifying these :)

    Hello gurus!!

Can you please help me identify what these plug/socket (encircled in red) is for? It's a GT-R BNR32 positive terminal harness.

    2 pin plug

    1 pin socket

They are near the oil pressure sending unit. Thanks!

    i know those plugs!

this is the electrical harness that connects to the alternator, the battery and the starter...the 2 pin with green on the inside connects to a little plug, on the drivers side near the frame rail where the steering rack meets the subframe, look in that area you will see it.

and as for the single pin, well im not sure but plug everything else in first, then look in the area where the single pin is hanging out, theres gonna be only one place to plug each connnector, its designed that way so you cant accidentally plug like CAS into fuel injector lol.

on second thought, i think specifically the single pin connects to a knock sensor, because the thing with the big rubber boot around it is for the oem oil pressure sender, and the only thing near there is knock sensor

I wish I could say exactly what that 2 pin plug is for. All I know is that it looks like the one that runs along the side of the driver side shock tower, and plugs right by the fuel filter. Almost directly across from the AAC valve.

Thanks guys! Yes boomer3 it looks like the small plug across the AAC valve, it is for the HICAS. But this one is near the oil pressure sending unit.

Mate, a friend says the small 2 pin plug is for the heater... can you confirm?
