Weisco piston to cylinder wall clearance?

I had to have my block oversized to 86.5mm. I bought wiseco piston 86.5mm. The machine shop wants to know the spec on the piston to wall clearance. I have an idea of what he's talking about but can't seem to find any specs. He said right now the skirt of the piston is 3 and the top of the piston is like 7. I don't know if he meant 0.003 and 0.007in.

He says that the bottom is fine but the top of the pistons are a bit excessive. What are the proper specs?

Their closed until monday. I though someone might now right off, it seems alot of people have went to an 86.5mm bore and used wiseco pistons. I bought mine without a spec sheet.
