I dont care if i get flagged for this or have this deleted ...i was intrested in luckygtr's reytec he was selling ...buddy sent me like 10 unrelated texts about his kick ass aem ems he bought.....after the first text he gave me the info on the rytec ..it wasnt what i was after so i said good luck with sale and peace out ...then the unrelated texts come in about how great the aem is (which i think is a killer ems), I sent him one more text saying ive allready purchased a djetro thanks again but they kept coming (over a 24hr period) about how great his **** is and aem is ballin and apexi is cheap and this guy is annoying as hell so when u read this lucky im glad ur aem ems is serving u well and u have to wait to drive your car for 3 weeks ...i on the other hand have been more than happy with my djetro ...had it installed in 30 mins and driving around no prob ...sorry eveyone that wastes time reading this i just find it funny that he is now gonna rock a power fc

It is true about timing drift. There is no way to prevent timing scatter in the AEM. You can convert to the 6 to 1 trigger wheel and it will get better but it still has timing scatter and that is unacceptable. Any ECU that is to be used in a performance application can not have scatter that is the main reason I switched out of Autronic and do not like AEM. Most ECU's have some timing scatter beyond 5000 RPM it is just how bad it is.

thats it and i bought a power fc d jetro already **** aem !! and **** the old tuner and im going wit the old tuner i had that tuned my nistune at first !!

What trigger wheel are you using? AEM V1 or V2?

I really REALLY dislike the false advertising with how AEM promotes this as a "plug and play" unit when it's not quite.

Modding the cas is SUCH a bitch, too.
