  • 95 r33 gtr bogging in between shifting and won't go past 7300 rpm?

Title says it all. I had a boost leak my intake manifold gasket blew out on the #6 throttle body so I replaced that put everything back on torque everything down and now it is bogging like I would get on it and when I shift and take my foot of the clutch it would bog for a second like I was hitting my brakes then it would take off and pull hard. Also at around 7300 rpm it would bog like it was hitting a rev limiter. My car is completely stock besides removing the restrictor in the boost soleniod, but other than that it is stock. Car idles at 1000 rpm. And idle is not bouncy, I don't smell any gas coming from the engine bay, My car does run rich but who's skyline doesn't. I figured the boost leak from the intake plenum gasket being blown out would cause that but now it is fixed. Before I replaced the gasket I had a 10.5/1 afr. Any ideas please help.

10.5 is rich so I would think to check fuel pressure regulator first and new plugs

Well I just bought a new fuel lab fuel pressure regulator, waiting for it to come in and bought some new spark plugs PFR6A-11, just waiting for them to come in. Anything else I should check or replace?

Why would you even want to rev past 7300 rpm on a stock motor?

I really don't but I just changed the gaskets on the intake plenum and the throttle boddies and I ran it to make sureit was still holding power in high rpms. Now instead of going to 8k it stops around 7300 so just seeing what I have to do to make it run like it's supposed to.

Ok now it goes over 7300 rpm found a vacuum line unplugged under the intake plenum but it is still bogging down when I get into boost and shift from 1st to 2nd then it feels like I hit my brake and then it takes off again. Any ideas?
