i never really paid attention to my boost gauge in my r33 gtr but today i was watching it and it seems to be spooling really quick. its the stock boost gauge the -7, 0, +7 gauge and im getting to the 0 mark at like 1.5 to 2 grand. just wondering it thats normal and how fast my car should be boosting. having a reference on a stock r33 gtr would be nice. ie. where does your boost gauge sit at 3 grand in first?

You should be at 0 at least when your on throttle and at about 1.5-2. being at 0 just means your no longer in vaccuum and starting boost.
Sounds completely fine. and your boost at 3 grand will depend whether your on full throttle, coasting, accelerating etc.Originally posted by Paradis^^ hows not being rich going? ...haters be hatin

Sounds like stock turbos as well... You should invest on an Aftermarket Boost gauge to see what exactly you are boosting. It will be a good investment in a long run as stock gauge use some weird units and has its limitations later on when you upgrade your car.10 Infiniti FX35
