help with r32 gtr please

couple questions here. is there a way to turn up boost without a boost controler?

and my cigarret lighter dont work and the fuse it not blown can someone help me please?

also driver window sometimes wants to b a pain in the butt and wont roll down gotta open the door and fiddle with it whats wrong anyone know?


EDIT: REMOVING THE BOOSTRESTRICTOR ON AN R32GTR THATS STOCK ACCEPT ECU AND INTAKES WILL IT HURT THE CAR IN LONG TERM OR AT ALL???

You could remove the boost restrictor but I don't know how good this is. The cigarette light I would make sure the wires are still good and connected. And I would see if you could borrow a window switch from a friend as it could easily just be that.

haha well im fairly new with my gtr so im going back to my old town in a week to see my buddie he had 2 but sold one so im gonna get h im to help me out with the boost and what not.

The wires right behind it? cuz i pulled the ash tray and took a look but didnt bother spending the 10 min to take a better look.

the window reall confuses me tho haha guy who i bought it off said its not the tracks and im pretty sure he said he checked the wiring but im sure ill figure it out. its half @$$ working now so ill deal with it just thought i could get some others suggestions but thanx for the help.

No boost restrictor is fine, pull em both

I did 1.2 bar on oem turbos for years, no issues. My -5 turbos are wearing faster than oem.

If you want more than 1 bar, you either need a boost controller or wire your wastegates shut, this has been done and covered by tyndago. Full boost, all the time

buy a new lighter socket for a pathfinder 99 $10 bux at nissan...and the ring on it its not amber anymore, its white/green

I would have to check again but I'm quite sure you can not make 1 bar by just removing the boost restrictor. If memory serves it's about .87 or .93 bar. I wasn't able to make 1 bar until I went to a PFC and PFC boost controller.

same here it depends on ur vehicle condition...i made .9 only but now i have an mbc n set to 13psi dd

For your window problem, I would start by opening up the switch and checking the contacts, they are probably just dirty.

awesome thanx for the replys guys im gonna open my window and check everything next saterday when im with my buddy, same with the lighter, as for the boost restrictor i took it out and saw a huge improvement in power and its funny because the ristictors no bigger then half a cm.

there is 2 restrictors?
