  • Clicking noise from pass rear wheel area

so i have this weird clicking noise comming from my passenger side rear wheel area. it sounds very metalic and only clicks when the car jerks back or forth i.e when you first take off and realeas the accelerater right away or if your in first and just burping the throttle. i thought it was the axle but i tried moving it and there's zero play checked lug nuts and center cap on rims. also if im cruzing at a steady speed and shift or try and burp it i cant hear it. no hicas or any light on although my hicas has been acting up latley and i can feel my rear end move while driving in a straight line.

    Inspect cv shaft and boots.

If you don't see they are ripped, remove wheel and spin, see if it still happens, then pin point it.

I had something similar on driver side rear tire, it ws happening on front/rear weight transfer for me. It ended up being a ball joint that needed to be adjusted, the sound is gone now.

Do what Bugsly suggested as well, if it is not the ball joint then this is likely the problem.
