  • Can Someone Measure Their Downpipe Please?

Hi all, I bought a custom downpipe and unbranded high flow cat from Japan Auctions and I received them a couple of days ago. Problem is that the downpipe diameters are extra big, and my cat won't mate up to it. This got me wondering if my stock dump pipes will match the downpipe. If anyone can measure the flange hole distances on the turbo side with a downpipe they have laying around, that would be awesome.

Specs on downpipe: 77MM (x2) into 91mm exit.

Downpipe (turbo side): ~100mm hole to hole on flange

Cat: ~110mm hole to hole on flange

    Cat: ~71mm wide

Cat is no good man. You'll need a new one. I'm just putting the stock flanges on the front and back of the high flow I have. My cat is 3 inches in the hole diameter.
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

I'm going to get the cat modified by an exhaust shop so that it fits the downpipe. Is the flange on the catback side totally out to lunch? It should fit my Kakimoto R catback, no?

Who needs a cat when you can just straight pipe it

But some people still need to pass emissions

Oh thats right I forgot you have to pass a bunch of tests. I live in Alberta and we dont have to do any of that.

I'm in Alberta but I'm a little green conscious and I don't like having to smell raw exhaust. I got the high flow anyway so I'm gonna use it. But any input on the dp fitting stock dumps?
