Unfortunately between countries it's very difficult or impossible to have this done.
Even with a GM truck from the US we had to pay $75 just to get the key code from GM USA. Very silly.RightDrive Inc. Parts Manager

a quick update:
I just went through the same trauma of losing my keys... and I'm lucky I had the spare, but I did have to convince the parts guy at Nissan that he could actually get my KEY00-00185 in- lol. He started off by giving me a brief history of Skylines and how they were never sold in Canada...I told him another dealership had found the part, but his dealership was closer so I wanted to go through him. He sounded surprised and entered in the number, and sure enough he found it- He warned me it was expensive and tried to say he had other keys that would fit, I asked how much and he said $35.... I laughed to myself. If he only knew how much reprogramming the PATS system and buying 2 new keys for my Excursion cost! So it will be in tomorrow, one day later. Now I just have to convince him that their key cutter will cut the new key by the code imprinted on my spare! Wish me luck...
