Garrett 2860-5 assembily bolt torque specs
Hey everyone, I took apart my Garrett 2860-5 for a powder and ceramic coat, and now I need to put them all together. Does anyone know what the torque specs are of each bolt? A drawing or BOM outlining the torque? Thanks

I did the same thing to the same turbos a few years back, I tightened them to BFT.Black 1991 GTR. Serious garage stand mantle/parts car.

I did the same thing to the same turbos a few years back, I tightened them to BFT.
I found that in no time, the ceramic coating on my exhaust started baking off a little, almost like the coating wasn't put on thick enough or didn't bake in the oven properly, either way, wasn'ted $1k cause it's gotta get redone again.Black 1991 GTR. Serious garage stand mantle/parts car.

The ceramic coating I got applie is good for !200 Deg C though. I had it professionally baked on. I hope it works :P What do you mean by BFT?Comment
