R33 mirrors wont fold out???

I am at my buddys place he just bought a R33. he told me he pushed the button to fold in, and now it does not fold out.
anyone know where the fuse is. or has anyone had this problem.

mine does the same thing, will always fold in never out, i checked a couple things and didnt find anything wrong yet, maybe normal? if you find a fix let me know

at least yours fold. Mine dont even fold in on the R32 havent went through anything yet though.

My R33 Coupe mirrors folds in and out with no issue.

However, for my R33 sedan, previous owner rewired it and it never work since the day I got it.

I am suspecting that the motor on the mirror itself is toast. I have yet to compare its wiring with my coupe

the trick is use cooking oil. let it soak for an hour.

Not sure if R32 and R33 have the same fuse layout but you can try this. It could also be the switch it's self if they fold in but not out.

different fuse layout, and his cover is missing. I checked all the fuses individually. looks like the switch. I'll let him take it in for warranty. he just got it.

Anyone have manuals or diagrams for the r33?

LOL. My R32 works great. mind you I did changed the switch when I first got it.

My R32 can fold out, but needs the magic touch to fold in.

Its the switch for me. I found that I had to put two fingers on the switch for in and out and rock it a bit. Contacts are worn down on mine.
