  • Tranny leak?

I seem to have a leak at the rear seal on my rb26. Does anyone know the part number for the correct onee? I found all kinds of info but no real definate answer to what seal is a perfect match that is available. Also is it real hard to change?

No one has had to replace this seal before? I can't find info for a part number or what other cars would use the same seal.

If you are talking about the large rear crankshaft seal then the part number is: 122795L300

It is the same as the 98 king cabs with KA24's

Thanks for the part number but I need the seal at the end of the transmission, I guess it would be called the output shaft seal.

I guess after doing some more research it's the transfer case that is leaking. Either the end cap with the two bolts or the seal that the rear driveshaft goes into? I'll clean it off and check it tomorrow and see for sure where it's coming from.

Take a picture of exactly what is leaking. Ill take a quick peak at the service manual to try to find some part numbers.
