so Ive ran into some bad ECU's
I am on my 3rd bad one and I am trying to figure a way to know what is missing from the ecu for it to be good
here is a pic of the 3rd r33 gtr rb26 ecu I purchased from Cali and received yesterday. the guy never had a motor running with this ecu, he bought it and resold it to me
is there somethign missing from it? to me is seems like there is a complete board missing along with the LED indicator as well as the dial to check for engine codes... but i don't know for sure I have never seen a perfectly working r33 gtr ecu
this is the r32 gtr ecu I also have that is currently in my r33 rb26 just so I can move the car around the shop
my first ecu has no numbers nothing to identify the ecu besides the japanese pink marker stating rb26dett and is also empty like the first picture...
Am I running into a bunch of bad ECU's or am I stupid and the r33 ECU is made like that...
