Ok sorry for the bad description before was in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck and 2 hours late for work lol

When I start the car it will slowly climb to 1100rpm and idle there while stuttering and fluxing the rpm between 1000 - 1100
While I'm driving it will go smooth until I hit boost rpm which is around 3k in which case there will be no boost and the stutter will just get worse til I stop and when I come to a stop and clutch in the rpm dips to 1 not 1k literally 1 then just before it stalls it'll go back upto 700 and slowly climb back to 1100 stuttering the whole way, I'll make more videos tomorrow if it'll help

Make your own compression test way faster then checking all the lines and you will hear it.

            What is this pipe for?

Edit: it's located uner the car drivers side and was capped but the cap was half broken off so I just took it off to replace it

The picture you showed is the inlet for the BOV recirculation pipe. You're running to atmosphere without the cap on, hence the stall when pushing the clutch.

Edit: My GTR from last night.

How it works is MAF's x2 measure air coming into turbo's / engine and ECU inject's fuel to match. If vent BOV's to atmosphere the ECU has no idea the air was removed from behind MAF's thus inject's same amount of fuel yet there's less air inside intakepiping, engine. The result is engine runs rich, turbo's slow down (causes a reversion effect infront of turbo's, which is air reversing direction and heading back towards MAF's and MAF's makes ECU run engine richer) and stalls. Factory solved this by recirculating the air from BOV's, so they vent into intake piping just behind MAF's, so has same amount of air inside intakepiping and engine doesn't run rich, stall.

If want it to stop engine doing what it's doing, you can either connect the recirculating piping to stock or aftermarket BOV's or run a ECU with MAP sensor (Link G4, ViPEC, Motec, etc) on intake manifold that can compensate for loss of air inside intakepiping (stop engine running rich).

Sounds like maf problem, have you tried cleaning them? Or could also b the connections inside maf, they can b taken apart and resoldered, my car had same problem, would rev to 3000, no boost, kinda like a rev limiter

With draw through MAF setup (MAF's mounted infront of turbo's), have to recirculate BOV's.

But with Synapse BOV, can fit a antistall fitting that I think reduces amount of air that's vented -

Just installed antistall kit for my R32 GTR RB26. I have no stall problems and this freakin BOV is loud as hell.
