Need help with cas

Does anyone know what the voltages should be at the cas sensor. I unplugged it yesterday and tested the wires and had 3 volts at one 5 volts on two of them and nothing on the last one. From what I can find one if those should have a constant 12 volts and I'm not sure if the other two should be constant or not. If anybody has any idea of what they should be it would be greatly appreciated.

Also need an oscillioscope to see the small gaps between blips for 1 degree and big gap between blips for 120 degree signals when engine is idling.
