No offence, if you can't figure that out (all bolts are visible from start to finish), you should probably be hiring that out. If you have to change bearings, you probably need some polishing...

Download the PDF file of the service manual. It will guide you through all the steps to properly remove the crank with correct un tightening and tightening sequences, torque specs, clearances etc. make sure you check your crank for any visible scoring or wear marks at the very least. And also plastiguage when assembling

I Don't like to tell people they can't do things, but this sounds like a recipe for disaster. Instead of searching for a step by step guide on how to assemble and tolerance an engine properly I suggest you do some backround reading first. You don't get second chances if you mess up those bearing clearances.

You will also want to find out WHY the bearings need to be changed. Find the root cause of the failure or you will be repeating the repair.

-remove all accessory belts from crank pulley
-remove the 30mm crank bolt(hardest part)
-remove crank pulley with a gear puller
              -unbolt/remove oil pan
-unbolt oil pump, remove timing gear/oil pump
              -unbolt clutch flywheel assembly
              -unbolt rear main seal
-remove baffle plates on the main girdle
-unbolt rods then gently tap the big end caps off with a rubber mallet
-unbolt main girdle starting from the outside going in
-pry the girdle off with 2 buff screwdriver

micropolish crank is a must, bearing clearances should be checked within FSM specs by using plastigauges, or if you are baller status, use professional grade micrometers

if all grounds are covered, doesn't leave much room for mistakes

              have fun
