Do I need a restrictor on my nismo turbos?

The question is plain and simple as the title,

I am running stock turbos on my r33 rb26, got a good deal on r32 nismo turbos i want to put them in, do i need a restrictor?

I heard they had one built in, i also heard the oem lines had one built in,

Whats the real answer?

No, you do not need restrictors on the R32 Nismo Turbos, as they are sleeve bearing turbos, same as the stock ones.

How are these turbos capable of handling 22 psi then?

Is it because the wheels are cast inconel instead of ceramic?

Yes, R32 Nismos have metal turbines. They will handle 22psi all day long.

If turbo's have done high km, CHRA is off balance they won't.

Higher boost levels = higher rpm on turbo.
