I do have Apex'i filter pod filter system. I checked with propane and brake cleaner for leaks. I tightened every clamp and vacuum is almost 20mmhg. I does feel like boost cut is happening though. I bought the car and the boost restrictor had already been removed. I will probably end up getting a boost controller. I might loop the solenoid hoses together and see what happens or swap boost solenoids, I have a spare one.

So this morning I got to do my highway speeds test and it boost great until I it 5th and going from 120km/h, step on it and it will boost to just under my 7 on stock gauge and let around 140km/h it his a wall and starts popping/bucking and boost is cut down in all gears/speeds to half on my stock boost gauge.
So is this the boost/load cut by the ecm? What will cause this?

So tonight at work I removed and tested/cleaned stock BOV's, they are opening and closing as they should, removed all clamps and piping on that side and inspected and tightened clamps. Installed another stock ecu, installed another boost solenoid, checked ignition timing again, performed boost pressure test again. Still no boost leaks.
So on my highway tested drive home after the car has fully warmed up I can finally boost in 5th and made it to 140km/h without popping/bucking. It's not that I ever really drive that fast it's just the time that I did try to go fast and pass some idiot I couldn't!! I drive normal compaired to most I guess.
Anyway after my 5th gear boost to 140km/h there is no problem except for it will only boost to 5 or so on my stock gauge and when I come off the highway it will still only boost to 5 in all other gears also. I can turn the car off and then it will boost normal again, after on the highway it will go back into it's half boost again. I don't get it?
I do have a hks 180km/h speed controller hooked up to my ecu which came with the car. Could this be messing with the ecu and thinking I'm under full load/boost and cutting boost down to a safe limit?

So now it's getting to the point where I can't even drive it on the highway. As soon as I start getting into boost pressure it pops/ bogs and then will take off. Now it does it in all gears and I can't even drive on the highway or even really through the city and I have to keep it out of even slight boost.
I just swapped out all 6 coils, cleaned both maf's, re-soldered last time, swapped boost solenoids, all spark plugs are nice and tan and gapped to 0.8mm. It also seems to be backfiring alot more than it ever used to when I let of the gas. What is going on with this thing?
