So I'm looking at buying a set of n1 turbos, how exactly can u tell the difference between r32,r33 and n1, seems the part numbers don't match up, was told they are r33 n1. I have a set of rebuilt turbos with steel wheels on my car now, rebuilt with what they cAll an n1 kit, but there not really n1s. Just don't want to buy same ones I already have

that has everything you need to know, turbos all have a plate on the CHRA just look for the corresponding codes

Nismo N1 turbos use a A/R 60 housing which is much larger than the housings for R32/R33. R32/R33 both use the same A/R 42 housing. R33's have steel wheel from the factory... You can rebuild both with steel turbo wheels like the N1 turbos use only smaller diameter wheel

Sorry for the thread jack, but I think I may have R33 N1 turbo's in my gtr according to the chart posted above.
Here's a pic of the tag on the center section:
I checked the part number and it matches up with the 33 N1. Does this mean I have steel wheels?
