  • N1 turbos

So I'm looking at buying a set of n1 turbos, how exactly can u tell the difference between r32,r33 and n1, seems the part numbers don't match up, was told they are r33 n1. I have a set of rebuilt turbos with steel wheels on my car now, rebuilt with what they cAll an n1 kit, but there not really n1s. Just don't want to buy same ones I already have

That's a good list but the numbers still don't match up, this is the part numer in the turbos 14411-05u20. I looked it up but one person said r32 stock turbo, another said r32 nismo, another said n1, can anybody confirm lol,

99.9% sure those are stock R32's, foresure not Nismo's. What is the A/Rs?

He said it was .60, but n1 should be .64 , but should it say on the turbo somewhere?

Nismo N1 turbos use a A/R 60 housing which is much larger than the housings for R32/R33. R32/R33 both use the same A/R 42 housing. R33's have steel wheel from the factory... You can rebuild both with steel turbo wheels like the N1 turbos use only smaller diameter wheel

Ok, I figured it out, I'm an idiot, they were never n1 from the start, I'm not even sure why I thought they were, they are stock r33 turbos

Sorry for the thread jack, but I think I may have R33 N1 turbo's in my gtr according to the chart posted above.
Here's a pic of the tag on the center section:

I checked the part number and it matches up with the 33 N1. Does this mean I have steel wheels?

I've lucked out on this car, had some primo parts on it and I'm still finding more. Time to crank up the boost!
