    If there is no A/C load test then its hard to see if the AAC is doing its job. However if your turning the screw dial and nothing is changing then yes its most likely causing idle problem. I also suggest you spray a little brake cleaner on and around each throttle to see if there are any leaks. Un-metered air getting in the motor will cause idling problems as well.

        Edit. Whoops didnt notice this 2nd page. I'm betting on intake leak somewhere as well

          for sure. almost finished removing intake so i can check for square mounting surface

            i was a huge vacuum leak. plenum not square. thanks for everyone help. engine running perfect at idle. still one small issue engine stalling after coming off of boost. i think i have my bov vac line ran wrong. it is a hks unit and not blowing off any more. where should the vac line be connected top or bottom nipple on acc chamber
