So as title states need some information on how to convert my built rb26 from twins to single, i have the mani an a t88-34d turbo, what do i need to do for coolant lines an oil lines?, my main concern is the intercooler setup any advice

get a precision turbo , a good 60 mm waste gate, , **** the cooolant line (presicion turbo dont need)

oil line are eazy to make ,

intercooler u need one for the power level that u want , and just make a bit of piping from the tip of the turbo to the fender were it goes down

this is my motor for picture

You will have to fabricate most of the pipes and lines from scratch. Sometimes there are people selling kits complete they took offi just saw one on kijij got Toronto or Ontario complete lines,dp,turbo and mani.
      Here.

About 500ish, with that T88 (vs other turbos) you won't be heating up the air as much at 500hp so you could push it to 575ish, more if its cool out. That turbo is capable of almost 900hp (rated to 800 but you can push it higher) so running it at 500hp is barely working it and the intake temps will be really low compared to, say, a set of N1s putting that kind of power out.

Don't let anyone poopoo your turbo choice, they spool just fine, its all in the tune. My turbo is bigger than yours and I get full target boost (1.5bar) at 5500rpm. I also get .8 bar at 4400 rpm which is good for 500hp. I have been looking at dyno charts for 6 years and I have yet to see any medium sized twins or other fancy shmancy single turbo do that and still be able to put down 700hp at the tires. It's all in the tune.

Oh yea, all you need is the oil lines, those turbos are not water cooled.

Thank u soo much man an yes i jut droped it pff to get rebuilt an buddie said its just a oil cooled turbo an as for hp rating im shooting for 700bwhp, so u think it woul push 575 ish with this turbo what if i were to add a meth injection kit an a intercooler sprayer setup to cool it do u think it be achevable to get 700 off a stock cooler ?

Forget meth, you're looking for heartbreak if you want to go for 700hp with meth and the stock intercooler. A big enough intercooler is cheaper than a meth kit anyway. Poke around and be patient, a 100mm bar and plate cooler can be had for $300-$400. You will have tons of fun at the 500hp level anyway to keep you happy while you are searching for a better intercooler.

I would think you need cams, cam timing, ECU tune changes to help spool that turbo. Another way is RB30 the bottomend (helps to get some of the response back, especially when running a larger intercooler).

Intercooler size vs hp is here -

Stock GTR intercooler should be good for around 600hp at engine. But stock R34 GTR intercooler is the best out of R32-R34 stock GTR intercoolers.

Not sure if your still in the process of doing your turbo swap but i am doing a single turbo conversion right now and here is a list of some stuff you will need that is just smaller.
M14 with 1.50 pitch thread bolt for the coolant hole underneath cylinder 3-4
need to make a block off plate for the rear oil return since you will only need one now.
you will need to move your power steering reservoir
and then the basic stuff would be

                      New Coilpacks
                      Downpipe
Weld a new piece on to your intercooler pipe to get to your turbo
depending on what ecu you have, have to get the greedy (trust) intake kit that has one pipe to two to run the dual mafs on the turbo or have one custom made. Unless you have one that you can convert to MAP
I went with a precision 46mm wastegate since it comes with all the springs and flanges
run your dump tube to the ground or reroute to downpipe
you might have to remove your A/C depending on where your turbo is sitting also if you havent already.
                      Oil feed line
You can make your own oil return line just out of heater hose if you wanted.

Think that is about it but i have a build thread and trying to post everything up in it, let me know if you have any questions.

fortunately, since you'll have 700whp, you have a big budget and therefor don't need much stock parts. Get a nice 4" intercooler and custom pipes. The more you upgrade the better (and less worrisome) but there's nothing wrong with replacing things as they break in order to find the lowest cost high power gtr. Most of the parts you'll need will not be sold as a kit unless you bought the whole thing as a kit.

                        What's your engine and tranny?
