Is anyone running a 1.1 mm gap with Splitfires? I'd like to open up the gap on mine as I need new plugs (Denso IK22 racing plug FAIL), was previously running BKR7eix, 19 psi boost with Splitfires.

I am now running NGK BCPR7ES plugs, left the gaps at 1.1, have splitfire coil packs. Run 14psi - 20psi, haven't had lots of time driving, but the car runs very smooth, idles almost perfect, right around 850-950rpm.
Seem to run a little lean when just partial throttle, once accelerating it is very smooth and the Air fuel seems to be consistant to where it should be.
The tune will have to be corrected to fix this im sure. I will double check for intake/vac leaks.Comment
