How do I fix the loose left tail light cover and rear bumper?

JBweld cure time is 24 hours. Also make sure the surface is clean and rough (not like a shining mirror, sometimes requires sanding a bit).

I've never had any luck with jbweld, I use fiberglass(kitty fur, Cures way faster, and it will stick to the plastic but u still have to rough it up
