Help verify external gate vacuum routing

Sorry if this might be a noob question but; Installing an AEM boost solenoid with my Tial 44mm MVR. Install instructions show this:


Based on my setup, I'm hoping to install it like this so I can utilize some of the stock hard lines:


So in a sense it would look like this:



Hopefully someone can verify this is the same thing essentially?

That how I have mine set up and it works awesome, I hit 22.4 psi at 4900 rpm

Yep worst case those lines to the stock boost solenoid can get mixed up; othwerwise its ideal if you want to retain the stock tubing. Personally I am getting rid of all the tubing and getting my reference off the compressor housing and have put my EBC solenoid beside the compressor.
