  • Rare but random stutter on throttle

It seems that during normal driving, there are rare times when the car randomly and suddenly stutters similar to lifting off the throttle even though I am still on the gas

This will only be for a split second and at the same time, the HICAS light with flicker on and I'm pretty sure voltage dips a bit too

I think it may be a bad ground but not sure where to look, or is there any other possible causes for this issue?

Intake airleaks around MAF's (hose clamp on MAF or crack in rubber piping after MAF's) is what can cause stuttering, coilpacks randomly make engine miss / run on 5 cylinders (similar to airleak around MAF), TPS (affect's transient fueling or basically stops engine going lean, hesitating before accelerating, which might cause a lean misfire, jerking if not working properly).

I had a very intermitant stumble turned out that it was the plug conmections to the maf board itself. Have to cut the silicone off pull the top plate to check. After i re sauldered the connections no more issues
