R32 RB26DETT just wont start

hey everyone I have a 1991 GT-R RB26DETT that was all tore down for a headgasket, timing belt, and also had the tranny out, and now its all put back together everything seems good, there spark, fuel but I just cant get it to fire or run. Im just confused as to why I cant even get it to back fire or pop or anything, the only thing I can see is the spark looks a little week but it should still do something, Im hoping some one can have some input for me!

try swaping out ignitor

Check cam timing, check CAS timing. Without CAS plugged in, engine will crank over but not start.

Can pull CAS of, turn ignition key so get power to ECU. Then turn shaft on CAS and injectors should click if it's getting to injectors from CAS via ECU. You'll get a CAS error code on ECU that needs to be cleared. CAS is used for timing of injectors, ignition timing, rpm.

I would guess you would have re-checked timing.

yeah ive already pulled the CAS off and the injectors seem to be working, but im unsure of how to clear the code where is the OBD port? and rechecked the time many times and its good, and how would I go about testing the ignitor?

If u know someone with one just switch it out and check
