  • Car won't start!!!!! Help!!

I installed a boost and a air fuel and started the car to test the boost guage and worked fine, shut the car off to test the air fuel and it won't start, the exhaust looking light turns on and no clicks or nothing. I took the power from the cigarette lighter for the guages if that matters .. Someone please help

Try charging your battery or getting a jump start. How new is your battery? You might've drained it enough while doing the electrical work to kill it to the point where it doesn't have enough jam to turn over the starter. If that fails get out a multimeter and start testing fuses.

I only had the boost guage plugged in, started the car gave it a couple revs to see if the guage worked and matched the stock One, shut the car off pluged in the a/f guage and went for a restart and nothing happened accept on the dash all the lights are on then you turn key and a extra light pops up (exhaust overheat) but no tick, no turning over no nOthing, you can Push start it and it starts tho

Have you tried undoing your work, or at least the a/f gauge which "broke" it in the first place?

Yes nd it doesn't make sense tho cause the two guages power and ground wires are tied together and it started with Just the boost on then after I tried doing just the boost again and it would not restart

Where did you hook the A/F up to? Is it a wide band or one of those cheapy deals that hook up to your stock one?

Exhaust overheat light acts as a engine check light as well as a cat overheat light. That light should flash error codes (sensors) to tell you what's wrong. Also there's should be a light on side of ECU that flashes error codes.

If it's not the battery, you may have a wiring issue that's breaking the ignition circuit. Double check all the work you did and make sure all the grounds are good.
