Which Brake rotors shall I go with

I am in need of rotors all around for my r32 gtr

Stock rotors?
ams slotted?
Dba 4000 t3 spec slotted

I don't know which to go with..
Price is abit of a factor .. These are just for street use but I still want reliable breaking

If anyone has any other suggestions please feel free

Stock rotors all around will be more than adequate for street use.

2 piece is cheaper when replacing rotor part (compared to expensive single piece rotors).

DBA has a big cooling channel down middle of rotor (stock rotor is small). But be aware that you have to make sure rear brake pad thickness is ok (new if possible), as can cause front to brake better than rear.

Depends on how much money the stockers would be. You might find that DBA rotors would only be a hundred or so more, AMS the same. Also, forget the drilled stockers, they will crack up if you actually have some fun.

IMO, best bang for buck is dba 4000. if your baller, you go project mu, dba 5000 ( 2 piece). etc

Hopefully DBA have sorted their $hit out and actually have the 5000 series available. I tried after much time on the phone with DBA North America to find out there was a flaw and they were being pulled. That was in June 2013.
I bought PMU instead. They are the way to go if you ARE going to be leaning on the car.
If not buy whatever fits the budget. NOT CROSS DRILLED as previously mentioned. Slotted aren't required either. Just get some decent pads, make sure your calipers are in good nick and flush your brake fluid.

A pair of Brembo replacement rotors is alot cheaper.

I noticed the DBA rotors wear a bit quicker than Brembo replacement rotors, but running a different brake pad (better) than did with the Brembo replacement rotors, so the extra wear is normal when taking the brake pad compound into account.

So I See and we have mixed reviews on the stock crossdrilleds .. I guess I should stay away from those since I was quoted 225$ plus tax each for the fronts ... If I gotta pay alittle more for something better I will..

I see the dba 4000s are 189 ea for the fronts and 160ea for the rears

Stock cross drilled will crack, I know from experience. On my car they cracked between about 20-30% of the holes after a few years.
The DBAs are cheaper than OEM and have better cooling channels. For the price they are the best bang for the buck IMO.
