Found some unplugged harness cables, what are they for?

I'm taking off the intake mani to fix a coolant leak and figure out why the IAC valve isn't working. I discovered 3 harness connections that were unplugged. One was for the IAC, so that mystery is kinda solved but the other 2 are still baffling me. They look like this:

Ones for the stock boost solenoid, the two prong one. Not sure about the other... Maybe hicas related

A/C deleted? If so possibly that or HICAS as mentioned above

Does that 3 pinned one seem to come from way down below in the middle of nowhere? It looks like the one that i ended up tracing back to my steering rack =\

they both come from the harness pretty close to the battery post

I have HICAS and ABS removed. I'm thinking these are left over but can someone confirm?
