Anyone deleting the BOV balance pipe, plugging the inlets on the intakes and just venting the BOV's into the atmosphere?

Because of the MAFs, you'll need a tune to compensate for the oxygen loss because you'll be creating a rich condition the engine is not expecting everytime the BOVs vent. Meaning backfires and the occasional stalls.R32 GTR FULL SERVICE MANUAL DOWNLOAD:

Can't imagine why not. They don't know what's happening once they lift. Just give them a good cleaning while you have access to them.
At some point I would suggest going with the Synapse Recirc Vv. kit. They are much quicker response wise and "apparently" people have seen HP gains due to them holding so much better.

Gutted, cleaned and vacuum tested the BOV's. Did some digging around work and found some nice crankcase breathers. Very little restriction, being these are located down low near the wheel well, safe to keep them as clean as possible. Just capped off the inlet and outlet of the balance tube and still need to block the intake tube once the engine gets installed.

What are you guys opinions on not running a bov at all? From research I can find the main reason for a bov is noise suppression devices and are not actually needed. I know of a couple guys around here not running any bov/recirc on there sr20s or 13b's.
