    Bought a GTR as is.. knowing he blew the turbos, but was not sure if the engine was good.
    I did a compression test with the turbos off..turbo seals blown.. 1.D40 W55 2.D120 W130 3.D110 W110 4.D50 W60 5.D60 W60 6.D130 W130......old compression tool..D=Dry W=Wet..What do you think????

    not looking to spend big bucks..a JDM engine is going for $2800 now..Should I rebuild???

    Yikes that is a very sad engine... I'd say needs a head rebuild as well as a bottom. $2800 is a better option if the engine is good.

      No kidding...#5 hole has some serious valve issues if you had 50psi wet and dry. You should have heard some major hissing out of either the intake or exhaust on that one. If the head needs a full job then a good running replacement would be cheaper. You are not going to have a fully gone through motor for less than $5000 even if you do most of the assembly your self.
