Hey folks,
I'm swapping out the pump in my R32 to a Walbro 450 [400lph e85 pump, sometimes called the 485].
It looks like my pump was recently replaced or rebuilt by the past owner. The fuel sock is dirty, but the pump, lines, and connections are all clean as can be.
When I first opened the tank, I noticed three bits of metal on the bottom of the tank. After removing the fuel pump sump, a fourth fell out of the sump.

Any idea what they are? They have a lot of wear on them. Are they related to mounting the pump in the sump or the sump in the tank?
I also put a side-by-side picture of the Walbro 450 next to the stock pump for size comparison in case anyone's curious. Come to think of it, I *assume* it's a stock pump: part number is JECS A42-621 B70 0118, which seems to be a pretty generic stamp they put on a lot of pumps.
Thanks!
